View from the shed – March

So, it’s March and here’s the second installment in my ‘View from the Shed’ feature…

When you compare this with last month‘s view, there doesn’t seem to be too much difference. But look closely at the bed in the front and you can see the sorrel bursting into life. And under the blue plastic is the green manure, freshly dug in to increase the fertility for the mizuna we’ll be planting early next month.

The growing season is almost upon us!
